*Proof of the student status must be presented on arrival, otherwise the full rate will be applicable.
Limited financial support is available to scientists from developing countries (including BRICS countries) and early-career researchers (until ca. 5 years after PhD) to attend the OSM. Grant recipients will be selected on the quality of their abstract and its relevance to PAGES, and on their CV. Application deadline for financial support is 09 January 2017.

Scientists wishing to attend the OSM may present their work either as a poster or a talk.
You may submit a maximum of two abstracts. Among the abstracts submitted for a talk, a limited number will be selected for oral presentation.
Abstract submission deadline for OSM: 09 January 2017.
Application for financial support for OSM: 09 January 2017.
Notifications of acceptance/rejection, plus decisions on poster or oral presentation and financial support grants: mid February 2017.
Before you submit an abstract, please decide on which session your abstract fits best.
Presenters are requested to create their poster in portrait position with the following size: 90 cms width x 120 cms height.
