Welcome to the PAGES 2nd Young Scientists Meeting
The PAGES Young Scientists Meeting (YSM) held once every four years, is the premier event for early career researchers organized by PAGES. The conference will be a stepping-stone for early-career researchers who want to develop their professional skills and expand their scientific network.
The 2nd YSM will be held on 11-12 Feb 2013 in Goa, India.

The abstract submission for the 2nd YSM opens on 25 May 2012 and the list of sessions will be made available then.
Registration will open soon after in June 2012.

The International Centre Goa, offers a serene atmosphere for early career researchers to share, absorb and network. Set amidst 14 acres of land on the Taleigao Plateau at Dona Paula, facing the confluence of the Zuari River and the Arabian Sea, the Centre offers comfortable accommodation for young researchers. Recycling units for waste management and a rainwater harvesting and groundwater recharging unit have also been set up in the Centre’s premises.

The 2nd YSM will be hosted by the National Centre for Antarctic and Ocean Research (NCAOR), an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES, Government of India), which is a nodal organization for implementation of Indian polar research programmes.
