Please note that proof of the student status must be provided during the registration process.

A limited number of fee waivers is available. In order to apply for the fee waiver, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., with the subject 6th PAGES-OSM grant application. The email should include a motivation letter and the abstract of the paper to be presented at the OSM.
Deadline: 15 March 2022
Selection criteria: quality of the research, relevance of the submitted abstract to PAGES, geographic diversity, gender diversity
Notification of grant award: 10 April 2022

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests must be emailed to the Conference Secretariat: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.; neither verbal changes nor cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations made before Thursday 10 March 2022 will be fully refunded, minus EUR 15 to cover administration costs. Participants cancelling before Sunday 10 April 2022 will receive a 50% refund, minus EUR 15 to cover administration costs. No cancellation allowance is possible from Sunday 10 April 2022 onwards.

Please note that the refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time but must be requested in writing.

Any refunds outside these terms will not be reviewed or processed until after the meeting.
