Welcome to the 4th PAGES Open Science Meeting The Past: A Compass for Future Earth
The PAGES Open Science Meeting (OSM) held once every four years, is the premier event in the PAGES calendar. The 4th PAGES OSM 2013 will be an international and multi-disciplinary platform for sharing latest research results and the venue for defining the role of past global change science for the next decade.
The conference will be held on 13-16 Feb 2013 in Goa, India. The title for the meeting is The Past: A Compass for Future Earth.

The abstract submission for the 4th OSM opens on 25 May 2012 and the list of sessions will be made available then.
Registration will open soon after in June 2012.

The venue for the 4th PAGES OSM will be the Cidade de Goa beach resort located on Vainguinim Beach, Goa. Besides exciting science, participants can look forward to outdoor poster sessions and a beach soccer match for the PAGES soccer cup.

The 4th OSM will be hosted by the National Centre for Antarctic and Ocean Research (NCAOR), an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES, Government of India), which is a nodal organization for implementation of Indian polar research programmes.
