Poster & Talk Info
Posters
- The poster exhibition and sessions will be held at the sea-facing Zuari lawns.
- Each poster will be displayed for 2 days. Posters should be put up on the morning of the first day (either Wednesday or Friday), on the board labeled with your poster number.
- Presenters should be in attendance during their poster session. Find days and times in the individual OSM session descriptions.
- All posters must be removed by the owners on the evening of the second day. Any poster remaining after this time will be discarded by the organizers.
- The size of the poster board (width x height) is 86.4 x 114.3 cm/34 x 45 inches (i.e. portrait format).
- The conference venue does not have poster printing capacity. Participants are responsible for their own poster printing. One option in Panjim, Goa is Suraj.Com Printers.
Talks
- All talks will be held as parallel sessions in the Grande Sala and the Sala de Banquete.
- Each talk will be alloted 15 minutes including 2 minutes for discussion and 1 minute for turnover.
- Mac and PC laptops will be made available to presenters.
- Presentations can be made using Powerpoint, Keynote or Adobe software.
- Speakers are requested to upload their presentations to the computers in the respective halls no later than 15 minutes before the start of their session.
