Accommodation

At the conference venue
A limited number of rooms are available at the conference venue (Hotel Cidade de Goa) at a subsidised rate for participants and will be allocated on a first-come basis (unfortunately all rooms already booked by now).
In the vicinity of the venue
Rooms at reduced rates have been blocked for participants to book until 31 January 2013 at a first-come/first served basis at three mid-range hotels: Bambolim Beach Resort, Sandalwood Hotel (fully booked) and Chances Casino Resort.
These three hotels are located in close proximity to the conference venue, partly in walking distance. Free transport between these hotels and the OSM venue will be provided.
Those wanting to arrange their own accommodation elsewhere will find other options to suit a range of budgets. However, please note that places in Goa are spread out over a large area and NO transport to the OSM venue will be arranged from other hotels than those listed above.
For Indian participants
Limited institutional accommodation (guest houses of NIO / Goa University) are available for needy participants from India. Application for the same should be made until 15 Dec 2012 to the Local Organizing Committee by email (pages2013@ncaor.org). Free transport between the guest houses and the conference venue will be arranged.
How to book
Please book your accommodation directly with the hotels by email. Indicate the code "PAGES GOA 2013“ with your booking to get the special rates! Payment (by credit card or by bank transfer) has to be made directly to the hotel. Details will be sent by the hotel, together with the confirmation of your reservation. For any changes of your booking or for cancellations, please contact the hotel. Please note that the organizers do not take any liability for hotel bookings or cancellations.

Located at Nunes Beach, 6 km from the venue, free transport to/from OSM venue.

5) For Indian participants
Limited academic accommodation (guest houses of National Institute Of Oceanography / Goa University) may be available for the most needy participants from India. Application for the same should be made to the LOC pages2013@ncaor.org until 15 Dec.
6) For YSM participants ONLY
YSM participants are offered a package including accommodation at the YSM venue, the International Centre Goa for the entire duration of the YSM and OSM. Free tranport to the OSM venue will be provided.
